1. Who we are

rawpnl ("the Service") is operated by the operator named in the footer, Romania ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What the Service does

The Service imports your trade fills from cryptocurrency exchanges through read-only API keys you provide, and computes statistics from them. It does not place orders, does not move funds, and does not give investment advice. All figures are derived from data returned by your exchange and may contain errors or gaps; verify anything important against your exchange records.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action taken with your account. Provide only read-only API keys; we refuse keys with trading or withdrawal permission, but the responsibility for the permissions of a key rests with you.

4. Trial, subscription and payment

New accounts get a free trial of 14 days with full features and no payment details. Afterwards, continued use requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly), billed in advance. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record: they charge you, issue the invoice and collect applicable VAT. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period, and there is no partial refund for that period. If a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will sort it out.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your data

Your imported data belongs to you. You can export it or delete it at any time from the Account page. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. We may change features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing a material feature or discontinuing the Service. Exchange APIs may change or fail outside our control.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". Nothing in it is financial, investment or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under EU law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practicable. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Consumers in the EU keep the protections of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the Service at least 14 days before they apply. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
